RescueMeATL Inc is a nonprofit 501c3 organization disrupting the way Atlanta responds to the shelter dog crisis. Through viral storytelling, community action, and advocacy, we help at-risk dogs find safety — while working to change the broken systems behind shelter overpopulation.

We shine a light on Atlanta’s shelter dogs at risk of euthanasia, sharing their stories to mobilize action.
Through education, advocacy, and direct support, we connect the public with the resources needed to rescue.

We are NOT a rescue and do NOT house animals. We do not pull dogs from shelters or take ownership of them. We do not make euthanasia decisions, nor do we have influence over shelter policies or decision-making.
